Governing Laws; Jurisdiction; Commencement of Actions 
This privacy policy and the interpretation of this privacy policy will be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles, and will specifically not be governed by the United Nations conventions on contracts for the international sale of goods, if otherwise applicable. By using the site, you agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the site, the use or access thereof, or this privacy policy shall be in the applicable state or federal courts located in Federal Way, Washington. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the applicable federal and state courts located in Federal Way, Washington for any such legal proceeding.
